The AH stuffing grips the cookies more, which results in a crumbled mess when you try to separate the halves. (This photo shows my best version for both cookies. Sadly the others were more messy and I had to eat the evidence.) Taste-wise, the Oreo is much sweeter and has a more satisfying crunchy texture, with just the right amount of chewiness. The AH cookie is bitter and immediately falls apart, giving you a grainy mouthfeel that makes you want to run to the mirror and check for all the black bits stuck to your teeth and gums.
